Monthly Members Clubhouse Events & Fixtures
There’s always something going on in the clubhouse! Here is a list of what’s happening now and in the coming months. Join as a social member to get access to any of our events. If you would like to book any of the scheduled events pop into the office, telephone or book at the bar.
Bar & kitchen hours October- April 2025-2026
Breakfast menu served Friday Saturday & Sunday 9am-12
Monthly Quiz night - just turn up, its teams of six and we can help you make a team up on the night if you don’t have six people. The Quiz night is every second Wednesday of the month and open to golf members, social members and their friends and family.
Monthly Roast at Gillingham - Every Sunday running from October till April we will be serving roast dinners please call to book 01634471227
Tickets for all other events must be booked at the bar even if the event is free. Ticket price to be advised unless stated.
Payment and Menu choices to be given at the time of booking please. All events are 7.30pm for food and 9pm for music unless stated otherwise. Children are not permitted at events. All events are members and guests only unless otherwise stated.

These are low-cost events and booked very quickly. Book early! Club Functions are available to book on the 1st weekday of the corresponding month.

Quiz Nights
We hold a Quiz Night on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.
Cost - £2.50 per person
Dress - Casual
Time - 8pm approx
Teams of 6
Food available from 6.30pm.
Social Functions Dress Code
Smart Casual - Shirts with collar, trousers or smart jeans, skirts, dresses etc. Smart shoes or ladies sandals.
No Shorts, Casual T-shirts, flip flops, trainers or men's sandals.
Casual - As above, but can include smart shorts, clean trainers and men's sandals with socks.
No cargo style shorts or flip flops.
Formal - Dinner jacket and tie, suit and tie, formal dresses (long or short), trouser suit.
