Use of Buggies in Competitions

Please note that if you need to use a buggy in order to complete a round and want to play in competitions you must provide the office with a medical exemption note.  

The office can provide a document for your GP to sign if required.

Only those persons with a medical exemption are permitted to use a buggy in competition and in certain circumstances when a buggy ban is in place.

The accompanying player is not permitted to sit in the buggy or use the buggy to carry his clubs during competition.

This applies to all club competitions. However, in some instances, the competition organiser can authorise a one off exemption for a particular competition in extenuating circumstances.
